Support copy link in the editor
We want to change our publishing paradigm so that the editor is everywhere.

Support range link copying (maybe combined with formatting menu)? This is difficult because it must copy a version link, so the draft must be published.
Will it be possible to embed or link a draft, or draft block now? How?
